The Japan Open Yo-yo Championship is a brand new contest coming to Japan.

Players will come from across the world in 2016 to playt and compete. We are excited at how potentially large this contest can get especially because of the size of the competitive scene in Japan, which currently boasts 6 regional competitions a year.

The two organisers – Hiroyuki Suzuki and Kengo Kido – are both highly involved with the yo-yo community.

We can’t wait for the dates and rules to be announced.
